Cuber Demo
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Cuber is a low-poly endless runner game in which you have to keep an ice cube alive.
The ice cube melts continuously, and you have to collect ice to heal yourself. There are many obstacles, as well as items that influence the effect of the obstacles. So you have to make smart decisions: do you avoid obstacles, or do you try to get rid of them with the help of the items?
Cuber is very satisfying to play thanks to its simple controls. They only consist of Left, Right and Jump. This makes it playable with keyboard, controller and Steam Deck.
To support the game you can Wishlist it on Steam:
If you want to have Steam Ingame-UI and the Steam Playtime you need to use the Steam Version. Besides that the game is the same.
Right now it is only the Demo Version. I expect the full version to be available in October 2025. The Demo has currently no sound effects, I expect them to be implemented in the beginning of September.
Hardware and Software Requirements:
OS: Linux Mint 21.3 / Ubuntu 22.04/ Windows 10/Windows 11
Processor: amd ryzen 5 3600 (i guess less should also be possible)
RAM: 8GB
Graphics: AMD Radeon 570
Input: Controller or Keyboard, but Controller is recommended
